Comparison of kinetics, efficacy and safety of the long-acting testosterone undecanoate formulation with standard testosterone enanthate

Biological sketch:

Dr. Markus Schubert was born in 1968 in Aachen/Germany. He graduated in 1997 from Cologne Medical School and worked from 1997 until 1999 as a resident at the Department for Internal Medicine II, University of Cologne (Head: Professor Dr. med. W. Krone). From 1999 until 2001 he spent a postdoctoral fellowship at the Joslin Diabetes Center (Harvard Medical School, Boston/MA) in the laboratory of Morris F. White, PhD. His work has focused on the characterisation of knockout mouse models of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes with respect to reproductive function. In 2001 Dr. Schubert returned as a resident in internal medicine to the Department for Internal Medicine II, University of Cologne. His current research interest focuses on the interaction between energy homeostasis and reproduction.
