- 1995 Habilitation and Assistant Professor in Andrology and Reproductive Medicine
- 1997-2000 Associate Professor and Head of the IVF-Unit of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Institute of Reproductive Medicine of the University in Münster
